Hi Cathe! I just wanted to tell you first that I have lost almost 20lbs doing your workouts in just a few short months. I lose them! You are a very personable instructor and I always feel like you are with me in my living room! The workouts seem to fly by, especially Interval Max. Well, my question is, could you give me a sample of what you daily diet consists of? You have a wonderful, muscular, fit appearance and I strive to have that type of shape.
