I start working out about 10 minutes after I get out of bed. Just enough time to change clothes, get water, go downstairs, turn on baby monitor, get set up, etc.
So, if I were to begin my video workout with the abs routine, would you suggest I do the warmup first? or after? Or, is there something you morning ab-starters like to do just to get your ab region going, then do abs--then warm up the rest of the body, or the parts you're going to work out?
For example, say I'm planning to do Cardio & Weights. If I do the warmup, I'll be revved to start stepping and lifting, right? Would it be weird to then lie down and do abs? After abs, would I need to rewarm up the rest of my body?
If I start doing ab work directly 10 minutes after I was asleep--well, do any of you do that? Does it work out alright for you?
Thoughts?
Thanks,
Gisela
