Question about yoga squat

I have read that the yoga squat is more beneficial than Kegals for strengthening the pelvic floor. My question is this - should my knees be over my toes, beyond my toes or over my ankles? Thanks
 
I think she is talking about the squat used in P90X Yoga X, X Stretch and Kenpo X. I think it is called prayer squat. It looks like a sumo wrestler in his resting position with hands in prayer.
 
That picture is exactly what I needed. Most of the other pictures looked like the knee could have been past the toes, but this one doesn't. Thanks!
