Question about working legs

The varying opinions in a previous post about whether you should work legs everyday is interesting.

I'm wondering if doing, say, GS Legs one day and Low Max the next is considered working the legs two days in a row.

freestyle is working the legs 4 to 6 days a week, cardio and weights... you can use very little weight or up too 70% of what you normally use....
Now I don't know if freestyle was exactly what you meant, but yep you can work your legs everyday if you drop the amount of weight you lift... and do cardio 4 to 6 days a week at least 20 minutes... I posted a web site on the other thread you can take a look at if you want..... hope this helps...... Rhonda:7

I understand the concept of freestyle training. I'm wondering if doing a Cathe lower body workout one day and doing Low Max the next is considered working the legs two days in a row.

Or maybe the simpler question would be "Is Low Max considered a lower body workout?"

I think you could get away with doing GS legs one day and Low Max the next. Your performance might suffer a tiny bit, but IMO while LM does put a lot of emphasis on the lower body, I still think it has more of a "cardio affect".

Does that make sense??
