question about the walmart barbell set.

Is this set also rubber coated as the troy lite set is?
Just wondering which is the better "deal". I have a regular barbell that is metal and I can't use it behind my neck for squats, it just hurts.
I'd like a new one I guess, but I feel badly I just got the other one recently. :-(

They do now make a foam cover for metal barbells. I haven't purchased one yet but I do have this problem too and I duct tape a towel to it and it really helps. Have a great day!
