Question about the resistance band ........

A question concerning the resistance band needed in Muscle Max (I think), it says 6 ft. medium resitance band needed. I see in some of the pictures that the band is put under the step for anchoring, if Cathe and others are shorter than say I am at 5ft 7, would I need a slightly longer band to compensate? I am looking at buying one by the foot since I need a non latex band.

Thanks.

I'm almost 5'7 and my band is a little longer than 6 feet (not sure how much because I get them in rolls and cut off what I need). I did break my band in half the other day and was still able to use it for leg presses though. It was awkward but do-able.

I don't think you need longer - if it's not doable from under the risers on the floor, just put it in between risers. I have a set of 3 cheaper bands that I got from Walmart and they're only 4'. But sometimes I like to use the higher resistance on this move, so I just move the shorter band to between the middle of the risers instead of all the way at the base.

I'll be walking the Komen 3-day (60 miles) the week after Cathe's RT. To view my webpage go to: https://www.kintera.org/faf/donorReg/donorPledge.asp?ievent=202302&supid=166016627

I'm 5'8" and use the 6 foot band still. I really don't feel that it's too hard to do. I say go for the 6 foot. If you find it's too hard just do like Lorrie said and stick in between risers, but i'm betting you will do just fine with it.
