Question about the Pyramids

Which will give the greatest strength gains using the Pyramids DVD: pyramid up only, down only, or the w/o in its entirety? I am starting a strength rotation and was planning to use the pyramids.

Hey Missy,


I ask my dh who lifts weights the same question and he said that doing the whole pyramid is better for that. But that was his opinion. I usually do the whole thing anyway.

I agree that the whole thing is the best...but...I have found just doing the "Up Only"...I can go heavier with my weights...:)...Carole
