I consider myself at intermediate level. Here is my question. Why do I barely sweat at all when doing Cathe cardio, but yet I'm sitting here drenched after doing a Firm cardio. I also sweat a lot when I do Cathe's Body Fusion. Is it because Cathe is too advanced for me and I spend a lot of time above my heart rate zone and does this mean I shouldn't be doing cardio as hard as Cathe and stick with Firm cardio? I'm not new to Cathe and I've always had this problem. I do get really tired and hot, but I barely sweat at all and I know this isn't good as our bodies need sweat to cool itself off. Any suggestions or comments are appreciated.
