Hi Everyone,
Im looking to get some opinions on changing up workouts to avoid a plateau. I have been doing PUB for about 10 weeks straight for my upper body workout. I have been seeing some great results, and I still get sore each time I do this workout. I have heard so many things about hitting plateaus if you don't vary your workout or the excercises you perform for each body part. Should I move on to a different strength tape, or keep going with what has been working? Any opinions , please!!
