question about number of reps in MIS

Just a quick question for Cathe or anyone who might remember. I seem to remember that there are generally 12 reps per set in Maximum Intensity Strength. Is that correct?
 
Hi Tracy! I can't remember exactly off hand but I do know that it varied per body part. I would say that the reps varied anywhere from 8 to 16 reps per set.
