Just a quick question...when I am in fitday.com under the activities section what is everyone going under for logging their cardio and weight workouts? :+
Hi Padme. I put my cardio under Aerobics which I believe is under Dancing. Weight workouts I put under conditioning exercizes under weight lifting.

If you select "Conditioning Exercises" I am pretty sure a bigger list pops up that includes a lot od cardio options and weight lifting is at the bottom of the list as well.
