question about CTX series

I was wondering exactly how the impact is and how hard on the knees are these tapes? I've thought about getting them since I am short on time and love the thought of getting cardio and weights in but have read even advanced exercisers have a hard time with the impact. (I'm probably an upper intermediate level.) Thanks for anything that you can tell.
 
Although they are advanced videos, I found them very easy to modify until I could do them at full intensity. When I originally purchased the series I was still well over 200lbs, and had some issues with my knees, but I found each video very easy to modify, and not one of them irritated my knees.
It is really a wonderful series and such a value as you can either do them as planned cardio/weights (60 min or less), or when you're doing some other weight training series, you can just use the cardio portion. Also, on those days when you just have time for a quick workout, you can pop in the video and get a "good" cardio workout in 30 min.!
CTX is one of the best values I've experienced. :)
