I'm a little late to the game in terms of your workouts, Cathe, although I've been a home exerciser to the Firm, FitPrime, etc., etc. since the late 80's. I love your workouts: they're hard, they work, and I really feel like I've accomplished something special when I'm done. However, when I do some of your slightly older workouts ("Low Impact Circuit" comes to mind), the choreography, especially on the low box, is beyond me. It's def when you turn around and face the other way - I get so confused and no matter how many times I do those workouts, I feel dyslexic and never seem to learn the steps. I actually took that workout and filed it away today, because I'm afraid I'm going to hurt myself!
From what you've posted so far about the new Low Impact Series, it seems you won't be using anything but the gliders. If that's the case, then maybe I won't be choreograph-challenged ;-) I'm just begging you to not make the choreography so advanced that I spend more time trying to learn the moves than actually doing the workout. Please post some videos early so we can see what the workouts entail. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that these are something I can do, because I adore the latest series and really want more!
