Question about cars seats?

hello moms,

where do you put your car seat in the back seat?...in the middle or by a window. I know when they are rear facing they go in the middle but my son is 15 months old and someone told me to put it by the window for safety. I only have 1 child so I can put him anywhere. thanks for your input

I think it may vary depending on your car and even perhaps car seat. Although generally speaking I believe the middle is the safest. I had my car seat checked out and properly installed by our local police station. I'd urge you to do the same.
