Hi Cathe I Have a question I need to lose about 25 pounds(already lost 65 or so thanks to you). I usually do 3 cardio days(mostly step which I love) and 2 cardio and weights(like cardio and wieghts and step pump and jump etc) and I day of all weeights Like the pyramid upper body, Is this a good workout Oh I also go yoga one night and your strech max I night. and maybe treadmill 2 nights. I know I really need to watch my diet but is this good to help me lose these last 25 pounds and build some more mucsle? Thanks for all your help!!Jeannie
