Hi Cathe! First of all I love your tapes!! You are inspiring and fun and you are an awesome leader and I can't wait until the 6 tape series are out! :)

Okay, my question....

For trouble spots, would one concentrate on building more lean muscle in those areas in order to burn fat more rapidly in those particular areas? For example, inner and outer thighs, buns and abs areas I'm thinking an extra legs and abs PS routine a week might burn the fat a little faster? There is this one annoying spot in particular that no matter how thin and in shape I am the fat never ever completely goes away and that's my outer thighs. You can't tell in clothes but in a bathing suit... different story. Is it even possible to get completely rid of it without cutting out all fats? I hope that makes sense.

I'm not Cathe but...

you are on the right track. You don't necessarily need to concentrate on those areas but focus on building the largest muscle groups-legs, lats in order to burn the most calories. The larger the muscle group, the more muscles built and calories burned.
