Q re: Getting that "V" shape for your arms

Hi Cathe! I must say first how much I'm absolutely LOVING these new tapes. I've completed all of them. I don't quite know how your going to top yourself with next year's new tapes!!! My question that has always stumped me is how does a woman get that nice "V" cut on the side of her arms? I've tried everything and I only see it slightly. Does genetics really play that big a role? I have big biceps and triceps. Should I perhaps be really big in my shoulders? Please help! Thanks for everything. Love, Kathy

Hi Kathy! Thank you!

Yes, genetics does play a big role but that doesn't mean to give up. It just may take longer or you may have to work at it harder but you can still get nice results. For me the V cut comes when my shoulders are very developed. So based on what you have posted, you may want to give that a try and work your shoulders a little harder. Good Luck!
