While I love the pyramids in the Intensitys I would like a different setup in another set of pyramids.
Do a complete pyramid on one exercise before moving on. I can bench much heavier than I can do flies, so I have to use lighter weights do do the flies.
I'd love to do a complete pyramid in bench, then go on to flies. No supersets. And move on to the next body part.
