Pyramid Upper and Lower Body vs. Gym Style series

Hi Cathe,

I'm relatively new to your workouts, but discovered them last year. I love Kick Max, Imax 2 and Low Max especially. I am looking at adding one of your weight training series, but don't know what the main differences are between the two workouts I listed. I can't afford to buy them both right now. I am basically looking for a workout that will tone up my muscles, but I don't want to bulk up too much. A little is fine, but not a lot. I particularly want to focus on my upper body and abs. Triceps, back and shoulders are my problem areas, but especially my abs (I am an apple, unfortunately). Anyway, is one of these workouts- PUB/PLB or GS- better for these type goals? I do cardio 4-5 days per week and am trying to eat more of a clean diet (which should be easier than it is since I am a vegetarian!). I like doing full body weight workouts 2-3 days per week, but am willing to mix that up to see better results. I have about an hour to workout every day, but more time on Sundays (Saturday is typically my off day). Any suggestions would be much appreciated. :)
