Pyramid Upper and Lower Body-Once or Twice

I posted this on the other site but I haven't gotten much feedback. If you have done the Pyramid Upper and Lower Body workout how often did you do it? Once or twice a week? Which gave you the better results? As far as muscle mass? If you have done this once one time a week for a period of time and then come back to it and performed it twice a week I'm very interested in the results you got. Please let me know those of you who have posted your results, thank you. I've just started this workout?
 
I've been trying to do them the BFL way. First week do UB on Monday and Friday with LB on Wednesday . The following week, switch them and do LB twice with UB once on Wednesday.
