Pyramid 2

I would dearly love you to make a Pyramid 2 workout. The Pyramids are such a great weight training workout. I know there are so many different ways to train with weights but the Pyramid system has given me such amazing results that I hope you will make a sequel.

I also love your Superset workout. Its like Giant setting and I would really love it if you would make a Giant set workout where you work 3 different muscle groups in a set. Say back/biceps/abs and chest/triceps/shoulders. Then have a leg tape where you giant set 3 different leg exercises and finish with butt work. I love the floorwork you did on Legs and Glutes.

Thankyou for all your wonderful home workouts.

I also love the pyramid idea: with longer pauses between sets, and maybe a bit slower pace).

I also like workout out in a push-put (superset) fashion, and doing giant sets for chest/triceps/shoulders, back/biceps, for example, or shoulders/biceps/triceps paired with a superset (push-pull) workout for chest/back. I find that that type of exercise sequence allows me to lift more efficiently (no breaks needed between exercises) and effectively (the breaks between muscle groups, while another group is working, help me recover more between working the same muscle, so I can lift heavier).

Another technique would like to see used is "peripheral heart action": doing a lower body move, followed by an upper body move, and going back and forth between the two. This is supposed to have an increased cardiovascular benefit. It also allows for rest between working the same muscle twice.

ANYTHING besides the overused "work X muscle X number of sets before moving on to Y muscle" set-up seems more effective and interesting, and would be a good change up from most resistance workouts.

I like the idea behind both P/P and S/S, but would love to see it used in a more strength-buiding, rather than endurance, way.

i totally agree, i love pyramid, i broke thru a plataeu with these workouts. i'd love to see the same format but with 2 different exercises per body part. or maybe 3 moves (whoa) also please add the barbell pullovers from muscle max - i love this move!

Please, please, please make another pyramid workout????

Maybe you could make one that supersets between different body parts and film it like pyramid one. You could film using the entire pyramid and have a pre-mix that just stops at the third set?
