I received an email saying that it was shipped on July 16, however, I still have not received it. Does it usually take that long? ThANKS.

BB shipping can seem slow, especially if you do the three-payment option. I think when they say it has been "shipped," it means that it has gone out to their distribution center, not that is has gone t the P.O. Strange, but that seems to be the way they do things. I don't remember how long it takes to actually get stuff from them when you break up the payments (I ordered P90X on the three payment plan, but they ended up charging me for 1 payment and sending the DVD's almost immediately (though their claim to send the package with "priority handling" DOESN'T mean "Priority Mail," just that they put a "priority handling" sticker on the box and move it around within their company faster. Kind of a scam, if you ask me.) When I contacted them about the charge, they corrected things, refunding the overcharge and turning it into a "first payment of three,' but the DVD's were already in the mail, and I got them within a week.

I second that - shipped in Beach Body world really only mean the order was processed. I've ordered a few different things from them and it's totally unpredictable how fast or slow you will receive it. It's a very disorganized company, but their products are worth what you have to put up with to get them.

I ordered P90X on July 15th, 2004, got a notice it was shipped July 16, 2004 and in fact received it July 21, 2004. Could not believe it after reading some of the posts. I live in Maryland - I am not sure where they ship from.

I believe they ship from California. It took me almost a month to receive my Px90 and I live in CT. I received it approximately 2.5 weeks after I received notice that it had been shipped. You should be getting yours any day now!
