Today I did P90X chest and back. I did a total of 171 pushups on my toes. Various types- standard, wide, narrow, decline, diamond, & divebombers. The most I did in one set was 21. But that's cause I knew that I had so many more sets to do . I do need to work on increasing reps per set though. I am stuck at a max of 30 when I try.
