Hi everyone! It always seems like my push-up days are opposite days of you all.
Iris, I agree...if someone had told me I would be doing this many on my toes, I would have said, "No way!" We are progressing and what is nice about it is that we move along at our OWN pace. Great job on 70!!!
Nan, sorry about your retest. I have days just like that! It seems like the arms just can't handle it. It def must have to do with our energy level that day, how we slept, ate or what weight work we did prior. Hang in there. I bet your next test will go much better.
Becky...bad lil' doggie! OH MY!!! Let us know how your challenge goes today.
Where is everyone else??? I am keeping Tami in the swing while she takes a break from the forums. She is progressing too and hangin' in there! AND, you should see her muscles in her arms! She sent me a pic and it is amazing...she said it is from the challenge! She inspires me!
Okay, here is my report for the day:
Week 6, (but doing week 5 since I redid week 4 twice) Now, do I have you confused??? LOL!
Week 5, Day 2, Coumn 1: (There are 8 levels today!)

30 The minimum was 30 and I mean it when I say I barely squeaked out that LAST 10!! My arms were so fatigued from doing the 7 previous sets! But, I MADE IT! Shaking bigtime on the last 10 but never came down to my knees. Just held for a few seconds & continued til I finished. Whew, glad that is done! Good luck everyone and keep at it!
