Push-Up Challenge FRIDAY!

Hi everyone...just finished. My arms are like noodles right now. BUT, I AM DONE! Yeah!!! Here are my stats:

I am re-doing Week 4 but moved from Column 2 to Column 3. (Although today I goofed and did column 2 accidentally when I started. As soon as I realized, I shot down to the floor real quick and did the EXTRA 5! LOL!) Then, continued on with the CORRECT column.

Here are my stats:

WEEK 4, Day 2 Column 3:

27
21
21
18
27 (The minumum was 25)

So, that is a total of 114! Yeah.

I took no breaks during the sets except the first set which I goofed and did the wrong column. I am so glad to be re-doing Week 4 and even feel better knowing I am in column 3. So, we are progressing at our OWN speed and that is a GOOD thing. I am still dreading Week 5 every time I peek at it! I am going to need your energy when I get the guts to give it a gooo! Okay, off to decide what else I am doing today. I have been considering doing 4DS. Hmmmmm! Have a great weekend all! Keep up the hard work...we are movin' right along. KathyS, you here? Kathy decided to do the challenge with us! The more the merrier!

Hey Deb, I'm here!

Hey Debberella! I'm here, I'm here -- just finished feeding and exercising my little pooch Eddie (he's recuperating from ACL surgery and it's raining, so we had to do his rehab exercises indoors) and sending Al and Ev a little Halloween care package online. ;)

I'm in on the Challenge, girls. Today will be Week One, Day One for me on these pushups. This should work out well, actually, since S&H Chest & Back is on tap. So I'll do the challenge pushups first. I'll let ya know how I do!

Do you warm up at all first, or do you just go right to it???

Enjoy 4DS, GF!!! :p

Hi Kath!

Welcome to our hard-working group! This challenge is TOUGH but being accountable seems to make me work harder at achieving the goal! Not sure I'll EVER be able to do 100 but I am sure gonna try.

I prob shouldn't admit this, but I just go at it with no warm-up! To be honest, I never thought to W-U? YIKES! I guess I consider the P-U's my warm-up for my workouts of that day! Ha! Plus, I want to conserve all my energy I have for the push-ups themselves. Either way is fine, I'm sure. Let us know how you do. Some are doing them on their toes and advancing with those, so any method works. AGAIN, WELCOME!!!!!
