I really like a lot of the premixes on this DVD. Just take 5 minutes to really look at them and get what you want. I'm a dork so I went to the site and looked at them to answer you!
For Supersets, I usually do the one that repeats a set twice. Sometimes I do the ones without core and just do core afterwards. So, I like these:
#1 2 Rounds: 3- cycles (1A+1B+1A + 2A+2B+2A) – 72 Minutes
#2 2 Rounds: 3- cycles (1A+1B+1B+2A+2B+2B) – 76 Minutes
#3 2 Rounds (No Core): 3- cycles (1A+1B+1A + 2A+2B+2A) – 60 Minutes
For push/pull, I really enjoy the one that has lower body 3 sets. It's about an hour. It's a little repetitive but it really gets in there. Sometimes I add floor work from another workout into it just for a little extra burn.
Then at other times, I take segments from each and mix them up. That's what's great about that DVD - very versitile!
