Push.net - Has anyone tried?

I was wondering if anyone tried this program? It cost $20.00 per month for 3 months and they send you a personalized exercise & nutrition program for you. The person who does the workouts is an intructor from Powerstrike. I saw the site Push.net advertised in a magazine and just looked it over. It sounds interesting but I always like to see if someone has tried something first.
