Pumpkin Seeds

Hey All!!
As a result of yesterday's pumpkin carving I have a cookie sheet full of washed and dried pumpkin seeds. I've been looking for recipes for roasted pumpkin seeds and thought I'd ask if anyone has any ideas or favourites they would like to share. TIA

Hi Laurie:

Its funny you mention this, because I have a big ol' bowl of these too sitting on my kitchen counter too!!

I have been adding them to my salads for that extra crunch. Also, they are good to add to stir fries (add them right at the end so they don't get soggy).


I hadn't had them in years.. forgot how tasty they were!
