PUB-Will I get results only doing 'up'?

This was my frist attempt at PUB. I chose up only because I wasn't sure how long my kids would nap or if I had it in me to finish! Well, here I am...30 minutes later and my arms are shaking just trying to get my water to my face!!!

Will I get results doing 'up' only until I am strong enough to do it all??

Sounds to me like it will. If you have worked until your arms are shaking, than doing the down actually might be too much right now. In fact, friends that have bought this at my recommendation, also take my recommendation of doing just the up until they work up to it. No sense getting incredibily sore, especially with little ones to take care of.
 
Hi Jessica! I almost always only do PUB up and I've gotten great results.

It just so happens that PUB was on my rotation for tonight and for the first time in a long time I did the whole pyramid. On the way back down I was really fried and had a hard time isolating my muscles. I'm going to stick to UP only from now on.

Yes, you will get results. The premixes allow you to modify the workout for variety and to meet your needs. PUB is one of my favorites and I like to do pyramid down only. I find that I can lift heavier (at the heavieset weight) when I start out with the heavy weight versus using pyramid up.
 
Yes as long as it is challenging you, then it will work! I would recommend maybe doing the "down" after awhile just so your muscles don't get acustomed to the SAME workout each time. Just an idea! Have FUN!
