PS Question

When combining both of the upper body videos in the PS series into one upper body workout, is it better to do the videos back to back in their original format? Or, should I work the larger muscle groups first (ex.chest, back, shoulders, bis, tris)? Just wondering.:)

Colette, I've done my PS tapes this way. I start with chest, then back, biceps, triceps and shoulders. I'm fried by the end but I love combining them to get the upper body done in one day.

Hi Colette,
I believe someone asked Cathe if the PS series could be used in a push-pull format. My understanding of her reply was that the PS series was not designed to be used that way because each body part built on the previous one in the tapes (that is in the CST, when you worked the chest in incline you start to use more shoulder and so the shoulder workout has its beginings in the chest segment)

SOOO when I combined the two upper body PS tapes, I did it like this...

PS CST up to the stretch, then begin PS BBA AFTER the warmup and finish the entire BBA tape. That is just how I did it!
