protein supplements

Hi Everyone

Could anyone recommend a good protein supplement, or shakes. I have been doing cathes cardio and weighted workouts for a long time, but i have notice that i am losing a lot of muscle definition, probably due to my diet as i am a single mum to 3 children. Time is of the essence. I would like to see my upper body a little bit more bulky. Any pointers would be much appreciated.:D
 
There are a few threads on protein shakes and such. Using the search function will give you more answers than I can come up with at the moment. However, off the top of my head:

BSN Lean Dessert (seems to be a favorite with many here)
Jay Robb
Pure Advantage Pea Protein (this is the one I use)

Soy, beans, and lentils pack a lot of protein too. I don't know if you're into tofu or not, but whenever that's on the menu, I meet my protein requirements with very little effort.
