Could anyone recommend a good protein supplement, or shakes. I have been doing cathes cardio and weighted workouts for a long time, but i have notice that i am losing a lot of muscle definition, probably due to my diet as i am a single mum to 3 children. Time is of the essence. I would like to see my upper body a little bit more bulky. Any pointers would be much appreciated.
