I am wondering if it is still okay for me to drink Designer Protein shakes while pregnant. I'm also having big trouble wanting to eat anything. This is a common first trimester complaint, right? I'm loading up on Shredded Wheat and those plain rye crackers because that's the only thing I want. The thought of cooking just makes me really sick. Then I want something from a restaurant - not homecooked and certainly not vegetables. They make my stomach churn. Please reassure me that this will soon pass. Thanks for listening
