Hi Cathe!
I thought I posted this the otehr day but can't find it on the boards.. I guess I didn't press "post" or something
Anyway, I heard that protein pwder starts losing it's potency when it hits liquid.. is this true?
Since hearing this I have guzzled my shakes immediatly and stopped making iced beverages out of them as well (chocolate powder mixed with milk and a shot of expresso makes a great iced mocha!)
Does this also effect the liquid protein drinks availavle in fitness stores, gyms and drug stores?
If so how much does the protien depreciate?
thanks!
