Protein Pudding

I just wanted to tell you all that I bought some Pro-Pudding packets from the Vitamin Shoppe last Friday, its their brand. This stuff is SO GOOD! OMG! I was buying the premade stuff by Sly Stallone and it has this horrible aftertaste, but this stuff by the VS is very good with no after taste. They come in Chocolate and Vanilla and both taste like cake frosting. Talk about a mid-day treat. This is the nutrient info:

145 calories, 3 g. fat, 25 g. proten and 4 g. carbs. I mix mine with 1/4 c. dry oats and some sliced banana's. VERY GOOD!!! This is now my favorite meal for the day! LOL! They are $1.57 a pack.

Meaning what? Do they have dairy in them? If thats what you mean the only thing I see listed that looks like dairy is "egg albumin." Other than that, its mostly whey protein powder.
