Protein Drinks ? GNC

Hi
I was looking at protein shakes today and took back some Aria stuff, didn't care for it plus it wasn't a shake more watery.

I did go into GNC today and wondered they have one on sale for 6 pounds like 32.00 chocolate caramel w/ 21 g. protein, anyone try it ? I think it was called Myoplex but I am no 100% sure on that name. I want something that is tasty but yet filling & low in calories & fat but yet high in protein, LOL.

and it tastes really , really good and it's only 2 points per serving. I usually make it with a 1/2 cup of quaker oats , ice , some splenda and butter buds. It is very filling and holds me for a good couple of hours. This place has really good deals ...I find they are cheaper than GNC and the products are delivered quickly. I've never had a problem with them ...well except when I go overboard on ordering for myself and the hubby .

Hey Laura,
I get the big tub of the GNC brand... I like vanilla because you can mix it with fruit or even Hershey's syrup when you need a chocolate fix! The most important thing for me is that I can use a shaker bottle to mix it with water and there are no lumps!

Hi Laura,

I use Weight Perfect shakes. They have 27g of protein, 16g carbs, 4g fats and 190 calories. I use them as a meal replacement or to add more protein to my diet. I think the dutch chocolate tastes better than any other shake I've tried. You can learn more about them at www.weightperfect.com. I don't know if you can return them like you can at GNC but maybe you can get a sample pack to try.

Hi Laura,

I purchase the Biotest GROW also and have found it to be the best tasting protein powder. I buy the vanilla and I swear it tastes just like vanilla cake batter. It is also very low carb if that is of any interest to you.

It's very versatile. It transforms my blah oatmeal into a yummy breakfast.

I get mine at the Vitamin Shoppe down the street but I'm gonna check the price against Shywolf's website.
