Protein/carb/fat intake

Does anyone out there monitor their protein, fat and carb intake? How many grams/% do you take in daily and how did you determine the amount you need? And the amounts that you take in, are they for weight maintenance or weight loss? Thanks everyone! ~Sheryl

I use the My Fitness Pal App to monitor my food. When you first sign up you enter your information: height, weight, desired weight etc.., it will let you know how many calories to eat, and what the % of Protein, carbs, and fat you should be eating. The app is free, but if you want to know micronutrients etc., you can pay for premium. I only use the free app, so I cannot comment on premium.
