Progress Using LIS

I started doing the LIS (only) rotation 11/1. It's the first time I've ever committed to a rotation that someone else created. I also took measurements for the first time. I have lost 58 pounds since 12/2010 and as of 11/1 had 21.5 pounds to get to goal.

As of yesterday, halfway through the month, I am thrilled to say I have lost 4.5 pounds already! I can't wait until 12/1 when I do measurements again. My size 8 jeans are already getting loose!

Does anyone else doing this rotation have results to share? I'd love to hear about it!
 
I'm doing the Nov. LIS rotation and added spinning 2 days a week. I thought my lower body had slimmed down. The proof was when I put on my smallest dress pants this morning and they were loose on me. So when I saw an email that Loft had 50% off on selected pants/jeans today only, I ordered a few in a smaller size :eek:

I LOVE this new series!

I too have noticed that my pants are starting to fit looser and I have dropped 2lbs. so I am loving the results I am getting.
