Hi all you pregnant ladies

i am trying to get pregnant and have started on natural progestone cream with month. Wanted to know if any of you also used this and if you found that it helped? Would love any feedback you have on this.

Many women HAVE to use a progestrone cream to keep a pregnancy. If you are low, you will miscarry. Other than that though, I'm not sure there is any help to the average woman in her pregnancy. I mean it can't hurt, but is just an extra you may not have to do. Btw why did you start it in the first place, if I can ask.

Hi Julie,

I am spotting up to five days before my period. I am told that means the linning in my uterus is breaking down to soon (because there isn't enough progestone) and the egg wouldn't have time to embed itself into the wall.

Hannah if your OB is helping you, you should be in good hands. If you have real difficulties getting pg go see an RE dr. for further help, GL!:)

Once I was pregnant, my doctor put me on crinone...due to previous m/c's from low progesterone. But, taking progesterone before you get pregnant, or before you ovulate, will cause your body to halt the ovulation process altogether. So, you shouldn't be atking it before you ovulate every month.
