Problems with Ordering from New Shopping Site.

I guess there are a few bugs in the new shopping site. I did try to order some VHS tapes that were on sale, however, it appears that my order was entered and processed 3 times. Obviously, I do not want 3 identical orders. I called customer service and they asked me to send them an email about the problem. Apparently, this has been happening to quite a few people purchasing on line. I have not yet heard back from them and I called my credit card company, but they are not yet showing any charges for this. Has anyone else experiencing this today heard back from customer service yet? Thanks!

I went in, placed my order and got just ONE confirmation...Hopefully it doesn't put everything on my wish list on the credit card, too! DH would have a FIT! Hee-Hee!

So far, no problems! Hopefully they'll get this straightened up for you, pronto! From seeing other posts, the customer service people there are STELLAR!

I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER. IT WAS PLACED 3 TIMES. I CHECKED WITH MY CREDIT CARD AND ITS ON THERE 3 TIMES. I EMAILED CUSTOMER SERVICE TOO, BUT HAVEN'T HEARD BACK YET.
 
My order earlier today was placed 2x. I contacted customer service and told them I did not want 2 orders and to remove one immediatley. I didn't hear back from them, but I just checked my status a little while ago and it's showing I was only billed for one. I'll call my credit card tomorrow to make sure.

I ordered today and only got one confirmation for the one order I placed. I will check my credit card tomorrow but I think I'm okay...PHEW! :)
