Problems with live workouts playing on ipad

I have a year paid subscription to live. When I go to pick a workout to play it tells me I need to purchase a subscription from the settings menu. I log off then log back in, but it still tells me I need to purchase a subscription. I used it last week with no problems. Has anyone run across this problem?

Hi Wannabfirm, that probably means you're not logged in or the "app cookie" has become corrupted and you need to force close the app.
 
I've had this same problem for the past two days on my ipad. I've forced closed the app, logged off, logged in numerous times and it still is telling me I need to purchase my monthly subscription. I don't have any problems using the app with the Amazon Firestick in my workout room or even logging in and viewing the workouts from the website after logging in. I've run into this problem a few times on my ipad and it usually corrects itself eventually, but I'm not having any luck this time.
