Hi Cathe! I just got my Body Blast DVDs in the mail today! And although I am thrilled as they look soooooo awesome I am also bummed out as 2 of them are not functioning properly.
First, the Kick, punch & Crunch/legs & glutes DVD does not work at all. The intro starts but then the menu never comes up, it just freezes. I tried restarting it multiple times, wiping off the new DVD and nothing fixes it! I am so bummed as this is the Legs & Glutes is the #1 video I was looking forward to doing to get rid of this baby butt!
Second, the Superset & Push/Pull video will not let me play any of the mix/match sections at all. It locks up/freezes and I have to remove and restart the DVD to get it to work again.
Wondering if this has happened to anyone else. And if so, do you have any tips on how to make it work?
I have ALL of your DVDs and have NEVER had a problem so I have a hard time believing it is my DVD player? I put a call and e-mail into the customer service dept and sure hope I get a replacement soon. Also, I sent an e-mail and left a message on a different question the other day and never heard back. I am hoping I get a response this time as I really want to use these new DVDs
