Proactive/Acnefree

I don't know if anyone would be interested in this but I thought I would share it anyways.

I have never tried Proactiv but I was having trouble with acne for the last 2 years (deep painful acne) and I couldn't find anything that would work, I tried prescriptions which did nothing but dried out my skin. I was looking online and was thinking of buying Proactiv but wasn't looking forward to buying it for $39+ every 2 months. I found this stuff called AcneFree at Walmart for $15 and it compared itself to Proactiv. I took it home and tried it and have been using it for 1 1/2 months and I still get some acne but not the deep painful kind and it doesn't last as long and my skin actually looks relatively clear. I am very happy with it.

You can get it at Sam's club (3 month supply, twice the size of store bottles) for $29.99 or Costco for $27.99.

Hi Penny-

I did buy some of this stuff at Costco and I still haven't tried it. Right now I'm using Proactiv (and have been for 4 years), and am sick of paying so much for it. Plus, it really doesn't work as well as it used to for me. I think I need to change up my rountine every year or so.
You've encouraged me to give it a try.

You'll pay more than $39 a month. They offer the basic kit in that promo, but you'll need more products like the mask, deep cleansing wash and advanced blemish treatment to have the whole kit. My skin is clearer as it could be, I get the ocasional PMS or stress breakout, but I stopped using proactiv about a year ago and just bought drugstore products and they are working really well for my skin. I have an at home microdermabrasion kit which I use about once a week and I get a facial about once a month. Clinique 3 step system has also worked for me in the past.
