Hi Cathe,
I'm short and tend to bulk up in certain areas, like the lat, upper back and traps. When I'm doing a tape, I always skip exercises for those areas like upright rows, dead rows, etc. because I don't want to widen out. Should I lower the weight to something not at all challenging? e.g. using 5's for upright rows and 15 lbs for dead rows instead of not doing them at all? I'd like to keep the muscles toned and tight but not gain size.
Thanks!
Marianne
