There are people around that specialise in post natal/pre natal fitness. I see clients "live" but not online - a good place to start is asking a physical therapist who specialises in pregnancy. If you choose a personal trainer, make sure they are certified to train you in pre/post natal fitness.
Most pregnancies go smoothly, but there are some situations where a little more care is needed.
