Premixes

I know this has probably been asked, but where do I find premixes OnDemand? - Don't worry I have now found them

They are in the blender. Select the series then there will be a pull down for the premixes for each dvd.

HI Amron, the easiest way to use and find our Premixes is to use our apps, but if you're using a computer you will need to use our Workout Blender as firemedic already mentioned.
