Premixes

Is there such a thing as a list of all the Premixes available on Cathe's dvd's? And, is there anywhere you can find out how much time they are. Specifically how long is (and what is) Blastmania on IMax 2?
I'm new enough to Cathe dvd's that I always forget there are premixes, would love to be able to look them over so I can start doing them.

The times of the HardCore premixes are on the Premix screen. If you want to know what they include (what the breakdown is), check the DVD description on www.cathe.com and click on the "Premixes" tab of the individual DVD.

Hi Caren,

A couple of months ago, I made this comprehensive list of Cathe premixes. I still have it on Word document which is much easier to read so if you, or anyone else, would like it please e-mail me and I'd be happy to send it to you.

Also, check out this thread. It appears as if it only covers the DVDs up to (though including) the Intensity Series. Still, it's pretty informative.
