I'm about to treat myself to some downloads. The bodyblast timesaver workouts and cardio fusion. Do these have premixes? I've only downloaded the free bonus workouts, not actual dvds.

Downloads are sold without any premix. if you need premixes in you will need to make them using basic free softwares.
I suggest you read previous thread titled "Where is the workout blender"
Alternatively, you can subscribe to On Demand and have access to preloaded premixes onto Cathedotcom Server.HTH

As FitSaxe pointed out, premixes are not included in Downloads.
You may be interested in looking, here in the Download Forum under the title "An alternative to the Blender for us only Downloaders" to help yourself making your own premixes!
