Premixes/Mishmosh's

Hi everyone! I'm a 33 year old male and have been using Cathe workouts almost exclusively for almost 15 years. I was wondering what some of your favorite premixed and/or mishmoshes are. I like high intensity and am looking to get the most bang for my buck. I like to keep my workouts under an hour. Thanks in advance.
