For all those mom-to-be's out there...how about a series for pregnant women.
Especially as pregnancy goes later into term, they need something a little easier on th joints, bones, and body...but still get in a great workout.
The weights can't be too heavy has the bones soften and the step not so intense or complicated as your center of gravity changes.
I personally love working out with Cathe DVDs but I can easily see how when I'm 6+ months along, most of her workouts will not work for my body. Cathe is a mom, she could base the exercise based on her experience and those around her. Gear it towards the advance exerciser, but make it more mom-body friendly!
