Hi. I asked Cathe about pregnancy rotations during my pregnancy but I don't remember getting a response. I think that because every woman's body goes through different changes during pregnancy, it's hard to produce a rotation that "fits" everyone's fitness abilities during that time. I didn't work out hardly any during my last pregnancy. But when I did workout, I dusted off my beginner Cathe DVDs and did those and some of the Timesavers (until I didn't feel like bouncing around). Some of the other ladies kept to their normal pre preg fitness routines. I also bought the Preggi Bellies workout and loved it when I got bigger.
Just listen to your body AND especially and most importantly, your doctor, and concoct a rotation that best fits you. As everyone kept telling me when I was pregnant, it's not a time for fitness gains just mainly a time to maintain a healthy balance. (Though I decided eventually to totally slack off
